Mutton Boti Din Raat

Ingredients

  • Mutton Boneless – 400 gm
  • Marinade
  • Yoghurt – 100 gm
  • Raw pineapple paste – 30 gm
  • Garlic paste 15 gm
  • Ginger paste 15 gm
  • Onion paste 50 gm
  • Black paper powder – 5 gm
  • Green cardamom ground – 3 gm
  • Saffron- 0.25 gm
  • Milk – 10 gm
  • Oil – 40 gm
  • Salt – 8 gm
  • Hard boiled eggs – 10
  • Green coriander – 20 gm
  • Gram flour- 60 gm

Method:

  1. Soak saffron in milk for a few minutes.
  2. Mix all the ingredients of the marinade other than salt. Put diced mutton in the marination. Leave aside for eight hours. Add salt and leave aside for another fifteen minutes.
  3. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half. Remove the yolk and set aside.
  4. Cook marinated mutton, till tender, in the oven.
  5. Remove the cooked mutton and fill into the hollowed egg. Garnish with coriander. Serve hot.
