Paneer Makhani Croissant

Ingredients:

  • Paneer makhani – 2 portion
  • Croissant – 2
  • Green Lettuce – 20 gms
  • Mayonnaise – 100 gms
  • Salt – 6 gms
  • Pepper – 4 gms
  • Masala fries – 2 portions
  • House salad – 2 portions
  • Green chillies – 10 gms
  • Green cardamom – 10 gms

Method:
Take cottage cheese makhani marinate (typical Indian tomato puree style) and mix with ground green chillies, green cardamoms and ginger for an hour.

Roast in the oven.

Cut the croissant in half. Apply some mayonnaise.

Place paneer makhani – in a semi-dry form – in the croissant with some lettuce.

Serve it with masala fries and salad.
