Tuna And Potato Melt On Multigrain Bread


2 slices multigrain bread

100 gm potato (boiled)

80 ml mayonnaise

30 gms lettuce

5 gm salt

1 canned tuna

80 gms onion

50 gm tomato

5 gm green chili

20 gm coriander

60 gm mild cheddar cheese

30 gm jalapeno

100 gm french fries (optional)

40 gm coleslaw (optional)


Mix half mayonnaise and tuna. Add boiled potato cubes, coriander, green chili, lemon juice , salt and pepper.

Apply the remaining mayonnaise, on multigrain bread. Place the tuna mixture on it. Cover with lettuce and tomato.

Put grated cheddar cheese on top. Bake in a microwave or oven until cheese is melted.

Serve with Coleslaw and fries.
